Niceville –

Niceville is a nice place to live. Niceville is a small tight-knit community of approximately 12,500 people located 15 to 20 minutes just across the Choctawhatee Bay from Destin, Florida and the Gulf of Mexico. The north of Niceville the Eglin AFB Reservation to the east is the community of Bluewater Bay, and to the west is the City of Valparaiso with the Choctawhatee Bay to the south.

Valparaiso –

Valparaiso’s 6400 residents live at the “back door” of Eglin Air Force Base, the East gate. Niceville borders Valparaiso on the North and Boggy Bayou on the East. The City is cut in two by Tom’s Bayou, which juts off from Boggy.

Destin –

Destin’s population of 12,100 rightfully boast Destin is the “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village!” After being a fisherman’s dream, Destin is one of the country’s leading vacation destinations. Destin is also known for it’s sandy white beaches and emerald green waters, locals enjoy the small-town charm that make Destin what it is today.

Fort Walton Beach –

Fort Walton Beach & Okaloosa Island are located on the sandy white beaches of southern Okaloosa County. With a population of more than 22,000 people, this mid-sized beach city makes the perfect place to raise a family or even just to kick back while on vacation.

Bluewater Bay

Bluewater Bay, located just east of Nicveille, Florida, is made up of several different neighborhoods and is governed by an MSBU. The community ies of Bluewater Bay is just over the Midbay bridge from Destin, situated along the northern shore of the Choctawhatchee Bay. With community pools, tennis, clubhouse, beach, yacht club, restaurant and an award winning 36 hole championship golf course, Bluewater Bay is one of the most sought after residential communities in Niceville, Florida.

Crestview –

Crestview is nicknamed the “Hub City” for its location between three major highways – U.S. 90, State Road 85, and Interstate 10. With a population of more than 16,400 citizens, this mid-sized city is one of the fastest growing communities in northwest Florida.

Navarre –

Navarre & Navarre Beach has population of approximately 23,300 people. Navarre & Navarre Beach offers both new and existing homes in a variety of neighborhoods—gated communities, wooded areas, on the beach, sound side, bayside, or within any number of new and established subdivisions.

Shalimar –

Shalimar is nestled between the Eglin AFB Reservation and Fort Walton Beach with approximately 718 people. Shalimar is a community of both interior and waterfront homes and hosts the Okaloosa County’s southern courthouse.

Mary Esther -

Mary Esther boasts 4,400 residents and is located on the east and west of Hurlburt Field. Because of its easy access to local waterways, the City of Mary Esther is noted as one of the first areas settled in this part of Northwest Florida.

Eglin AFB & Hurlburt Field are currently working towards Privatization of housing to provide Eglin/Hurlburt military families access to safe, quality, affordable, well-maintained housing in a community where they will choose to live. Santa Rosa Beach –

Founded in 1910 as the center of a thriving turpentine industry, Santa Rosa Beach was the start of South Walton as we know it today. But this community of luxury beach houses, upscale dining, and unique artist colony Gulf Place is certainly not a relic of the past.

Sandestin –
